Print files can be supplied in one of the following formats:

Acrobat 5.0 (PDF 1.4) Compatible
QuarkXPress users are reminded to Export as PDFand to select Press-High Quality/High Resolution (PDF Style) and to select Composite CMYK and Spot under Options (Colour Specifications).
Page output Instructions
PDF files should be supplied one up with Crops if a Bleed is included.
With Art that does not touch the Trim
Edge, please submit PDF files one up with NO Crops or Bleed.
Booklets should be supplied 1 up NO spreads from Page 1 being the Cover to the last page being the Back
Cover.
PDF files supplied by any other means may apply addition costs.
InDesign and Quark PC supplied files MUST have all the fonts in compatible versions with MAC or OUTLINED otherwise a High Resolution PDF would be preferable.
Art to be supplied in 4-colour Process and/or Spot Colours.
Please be sure to specify the Pantone Swatch Numbers in your Artwork, along with any Dielines and Spot Varnishes.
Please consult with your CSR as to your specific job requirements.
Extra charges will apply if there are no other means but to supply the PC formatted file.
If under 10MG, files can be e-mailed by using
the "Attach File" feature of your
e-mail program.
